Due to the digital nature of my patterns, generally, returns are not accepted after a pattern has been downloaded.
I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from The Snugglery and refunds are discussed on a case by case basis. Please carefully read the description of each of my patterns before purchasing.
Shipping Policy
All products currently available for purchase on thesnugglery.net are digital. This means that you receive instant access to a PDF file to download and will not be mailed or sent any physical items. You may print out your pattern downloads for personal use. If you create an account at thesnugglery.net, patterns will be immediately available for download from your account page. You will also receive an e-mail containing links to download your pattern. Please check your spam folder for the email and whitelist thesnugglery@gmail.com for future e-mails.
